HOW DO WE OPERATE?

Once you place your order, it is reviewed and approved by our Supervision Department, and then we proceed with the delivery.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards.

We do not accept bank transfers or cash payments.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

Currently, the average delivery time for an order in Havana is only 48 hours.

Ordering and having your family receive it at home in Cuba within 2 days is only possible with granjas supermarket

Our commitment is to deliver orders within 3 to 5 business days in the capital, but our distribution team often makes deliveries in record time.

In the provinces, delivery times may take up to 15 business days.

HOW WILL MY RECIPIENT RECEIVE THE ORDER?

Your order may be delivered all at once or in partial shipments, depending on the products you purchased.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order through the My Account – My Orders section on our website. You will also receive email notifications informing you of each step your order goes through.
